Beef and Egg Burger
法式牛肉蛋漢堡

INGREDIENTS

  • 600 g ground beef 600克碎牛肉

  • 4 burger breads with poppy seed 4 個罌粟籽漢堡麵包

  • 4 eggs 4隻雞蛋

  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese 4片車打芝士

  • 2 tbsp of Ketchup 2 湯匙茄汁

  • 1 tbsp of oil 1 湯匙橄欖油

  • Salt and pepper 鹽和胡椒粉

PREPARATION

Step 1


Cut the loaves in half and heat them for 5 minutes in the oven.

將麵包對半打開,在烤箱中加熱 5 分鐘。


Step 2


Mix the minced meat and ketchup, make 4 grounded steaks

將碎牛肉和番茄醬混合,製作4塊免治牛排。


Step 3


Heat a frying pan with 1 tbsp. of olive oil and cook the chopped steaks according to the desired degree of cooking, then season with salt and pepper.

用 1 湯匙橄欖油加熱煎鍋,根據所需的烹飪程度烹製免治牛排,然後用鹽和胡椒調味。


Step 4

At the same time, heat another pan with the remaining oil and cook the eggs, salt and pepper them.

同時,用剩餘的油加熱另一個平底鍋煎雞蛋,再加鹽和胡椒粉調味。


Step 5

Assemble the burgers: cover the base of the buns with the cheddar, place the grounded steaks, cover them with a fried egg and put the hats on.

用車打芝士蓋住麵包的底部,再放免治牛排和煎蛋,蓋上麵包皮。


Step 6

Serve the burgers accompanied by a salad and French fries.

漢堡包可以配上沙拉和炸薯條一起食用。
