Carpaccio toast

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g of beef carpaccio 200克牛肉薄片

  • 2 figs 2粒無花果

  • 6 cherry tomatoes 6粒小番茄

  • Basilic and chopped chives 羅勒葉和蔥花

  • 1 small pot of green pesto 1小塊意式青醬

  • 1 small pot of onion jam 1小碗洋蔥果醬

  • Some peppers in oil 少量油泡辣椒

  • Some olives 少量橄欖

  • 100 g of fresh cheese 100克新鮮芝士

  • 8 slices of breads 8片切片麵包

  • 50 g grated parmesan 50克磨碎巴馬臣芝士

  • 8 tablespoon of olive oil 8茶匙橄欖油

  • Salt & pepper 鹽和胡椒

PREPARATION

Step 1


Mix the basil with the olive oil, salt and pepper.

將羅勒與橄欖油,鹽和胡椒混合。


Step 2

Mix the chives with the fresh cheese, salt and pepper. 將蔥花與新鮮芝士,鹽和胡椒混合。


Step 3

Toast slices of bread, cut into several pieces. Cover one part with the chive cheese and the other with the pesto. 烘麵包切片; 抹上蔥花芝士,再抹上意式青醬。


Step 4

Add pieces of pepper, fig, tomato or a little onion jam, cover with beef carpaccio, top with basil olive oil, salt and pepper. 加入胡椒、無花果、番茄或一點洋蔥果醬,蓋上牛肉薄片,上面加羅勒橄欖油、鹽和胡椒。


Step 5


Serve beef carpaccio sandwiches decorated with parmesan cheese, olives or basil.

最後加上帕瑪森芝士、橄欖或羅勒。
