French beef meatballs

INGREDIENTS

  • 400g of ground beef steak 400克碎牛肉

  • 125 g of ground hazelnuts 125克榛子粉

  • 3 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil 3湯匙橄欖油

PREPARATION

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180° C 將烤箱預熱到180°C


Step 2

Combine the meat, eggs, ground hazelnuts and raisins in a large bowl. 將碎牛肉,蛋,榛子粉和葡萄乾放入一個大碗中。

Mold meatballs in the palm of your hand then place them on a plate, coat them with olive oil and bake for 35 minutes in the oven.
