French Beef Tataki Bowl

  • 2 pieces of beef rump 2塊臀腰牛排

  • 4 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce 4湯匙甜醬油

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1湯匙橄欖油

  • 400 g of quinoa 400克藜麥

  • 2 pieces of red onion 2 片紅洋蔥

  • 2 pieces of avocado 2 片牛油果

  • 2 pieces of carrot 2 根蘿蔔

  • 1/2 piece of white cabbage 1/2 片白菜

  • 4 turns of ground pepper 4圈胡椒粉

  • 4 teaspoons of sweet soy sauce 4茶匙甜醬油

  • 4 pinches of salt 4 撮鹽

  • 4 pinches of sesame seeds 4 撮芝麻

  • 1/2 bunch of coriander 1/2 束香菜


Step 1

In a salad bowl, marinate the rump steaks in the soy sauce. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Drain the meat, sear it on all sides in a very hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Cut it into thin slices.

Step 2

Cook the quinoa and let cool completely. Cut the carrots into sticks. Peel and pit the avocado, cut it into strips. Cut the white cabbage and red onion finely.

Step 3

Fill the bottom of bowl with quinoa. Spread the meat and toppings on top. Season with a drizzle of soy sauce, pepper, salt, sesame seeds and coriander before serving.
