French Pepper Steak

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pieces of 150 g thick beef steaks 2塊150克牛扒

  • 2 tablespoons of ground black pepper 2茶匙黑胡椒碎

  • 5 tablespoons of fresh cream soup 5茶匙忌廉湯

  • 20 g butter 20克牛油

  • 1 tablespoon of oil 1茶匙油

  • Salt and pepper 鹽和胡椒

PREPARATION

Step 1


Season the steak with the ground black pepper.

用黑胡椒碎調味牛排。


Step 2

Heat the pan with some butter and oil, pan-fry the beef on high heat, 1 to 3 minutes per side, sprinkle some salt and keep warm. 用牛油和油加熱鍋,在高溫下煎牛肉,每邊1到3分鐘,撒鹽保溫。


Step 3

Pour the cream in the pan, cook for 3 minutes, stir until the sauce becomes creamy. 將奶油倒入鍋中,煮3分鐘,攪拌至醬汁變稠。


Step 4

Serve the steak with grilled cherry tomatoes and mixed veggies. 牛排配烤櫻桃番茄及各種蔬菜。
