薯泥焗碎牛肉

INGREDIENTS

  • 600 g of ground beef patty 600克碎牛肉

  • 1kg of potato 1 公斤薯仔

  • 40 g of butter 40克牛油

  • 500-700 ml of milk 500-700 毫升牛奶

  • Salt and pepper 鹽和胡椒粉

PREPARATION

Step 1

Peel the potato, wash and cut them into pieces. 將薯仔剝皮,清洗然後切成小塊。


Step 2

Put the potato in a large volume of cold salted water and bring to a simmer for about 20 minutes until the potato get soften, then drain.

將薯仔放入大量凍鹽水中5分鐘,微滾大約20分鐘直至變腍, 然後瀝乾。


Step 3

Mix the beef pattywith salt and pepper, add the milk. Season with salt and pepper and set aside. 用叉將混合碎牛肉和鹽和胡椒粉。加入牛奶,用鹽和胡椒調味。


Step 4

Butter the plate and boil the milk. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Mash the potato and gradually diluting with hot milk until creamy. Season the mash with salt. 在盤子上塗牛油然後加熱牛奶。預熱焗爐至220°C。將薯仔壓碎變成蓉, 然後逐漸用熱牛奶稀釋至奶油狀。再用鹽調味。


Step 5


Spread half of the mash in a layer on the dish, cover with the ground beef, then with the rest of the mash;

將一半的薯蓉平均鋪在盤子裡,再鋪上碎牛肉最後加上薯蓉。


Step 6


Sprinkle with the remaining butter. Place it on the rack in the center of the oven. Bake for 10 minutes in a hot and preheated oven. Serve immediately.

撒上餘下的牛油。放進已預熱的焗爐中央,焗10分鐘。 趁熱食用。
