600 g of ground beef patty 600克碎牛肉
1kg of potato 1 公斤薯仔
40 g of butter 40克牛油
500-700 ml of milk 500-700 毫升牛奶
Salt and pepper 鹽和胡椒粉
Peel the potato, wash and cut them into pieces. 將薯仔剝皮,清洗然後切成小塊。
Put the potato in a large volume of cold salted water and bring to a simmer for about 20 minutes until the potato get soften, then drain.
Mix the beef pattywith salt and pepper, add the milk. Season with salt and pepper and set aside. 用叉將混合碎牛肉和鹽和胡椒粉。加入牛奶，用鹽和胡椒調味。
Butter the plate and boil the milk. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Mash the potato and gradually diluting with hot milk until creamy. Season the mash with salt. 在盤子上塗牛油然後加熱牛奶。預熱焗爐至220°C。將薯仔壓碎變成蓉, 然後逐漸用熱牛奶稀釋至奶油狀。再用鹽調味。
Spread half of the mash in a layer on the dish, cover with the ground beef, then with the rest of the mash;
Sprinkle with the remaining butter. Place it on the rack in the center of the oven. Bake for 10 minutes in a hot and preheated oven. Serve immediately.
